Combine butter and olive oil in a sauce pan, add heat until butter has melted. Add chopped onion, green pepper, and saute until tender. Blend in flour and cook, stirring, until smooth and thickened. Add salt and black pepper to taste, garlic, lemon peel, and Tabasco sauce. Stir in flaked crab meat, sliced shrimp, okra, and tomatoes.
